Birdies opened as a Valentine's pop up art installation in 2003. Developing into a boutique focused on luxurious inclusive beauty, accessible quality and independent designers, Birdies carries all sizes and offers a relaxed and calm atmosphere for self-celebration and gift-giving.We are singular and independent- located in the Creative Crossroads and have grown our feathers in an emerging art's neighborhood among galleries, local restaurants and other unique shops.

We are here to assist you in finding your size in your preferred style. Our bras, panties, stockings, garter belts, swim, resort, lounge, and adult accessories are all hand-selected, seasonally-curated and arranged in a body-positive, casual and beautiful environment. Professional number cruncher and prosecco lover, Alexis can be found cleaning up after her two kids' enthusiasm for chocolate fondue, fundraising for Planned Parenthood and the ACLU, and tracking down that bodysuit order from the new Polish designer she met in New York.
Peregrine is the cofounder of Birdies. Fine artist, reality television second and Senior Artistic Director of The West 18th Street Fashion Show, Peregrine is the stylist behind Birdies' photoshoots and the hands behind the posters.
